	The Yard Sign (placed in your front yard) is 24" wide, 18" tall and is two-sided so that prospective buyers can see it coming down the road from either direction.  It is made of durable, weather resistant corrugated plastic.  The website address at the bottom of the sign will take the buyer directly to your marketing on our site and a space is provided below the house logo so that you can write your phone number. 	The Directional Sign (usually placed at the intersection of a busy major road and the road you take into your neighborhood, as well as at intersections of side roads that lead prospective buyers to your home) is 24" wide, 9" tall and is two-sided so that traffic in both directions will be directed to your property.  It is made of durable, weather resistant corrugated plastic.  A space is provided below the arrow so that you can write your address. 	The metal H-Frame is used for both the Yard Signs and Directional Signs and are easy to install.  A 10" wide by 30" tall frame will be used for the Yard Sign and a 10" wide by 15" tall frame will be used for the Directional Sign. Return to "Pricing"
